STAR-CCM+ keeps track of macros that were run previously in any simulation and makes them available in a list. To replay a recently run macro, click the File > Macro > Play Recent menu item to display the list, and then select the macro of interest.
The selected macro will begin running immediately. You can configure the list of recent macros if you wish.
