On selecting the Sphere option in the in the New Shape pop up menu, the Create Sphere Volume Shape dialog will appear on the plot display.
The Origin of the sphere and the Radius need to be defined, based on the global cartesian coordinate system. Activating the Display Point Tool option will allow the origin to be selected graphically by dragging the ball to the appropriate location. Note that a representation of the sphere can be seen by entering a Radius value and pressing enter. Pressing the Apply button will create a new node called Sphere 1 under the Volume Shapes node. This process can be repeated as many times as necessary to create additional spherical shapes. Press the Close button to complete the operation.
The properties of the spherical volume shape can be viewed and edited by clicking on the appropriate node under the Volume Shapes node.
