Creating a New (Empty) Table

To create the new (empty) table, right-click on the Tables node under Tools in the object tree, then select New > XYZ Internal Table... as shown below, or alternatively select New > R Internal Table... if required.

The table thus created will have a default name such as XyzInternalTable 1, and it can be renamed if required.
