To read a table data file, right-click on the Table node under Tools in the object tree, then select New > File... as shown below:
Select an available tabular data file from the File Open dialog, then press Open. This will cause a new table to be created using the data from the specified file.
The new table will appear in the Tables node. The table will be initially assigned a name corresponding to the file name (without the .tab extension), but may be renamed.
