Once you have activated the fan momentum source, you are ready to specify the fan performance curve by instructing STAR-CCM+ to read a table file with your fan's performance data.
If you do not have fan performance data, or do not wish to use your data, setting the IUpdate property of the fan solver to zero will prevent any automatic modification of the scale factor in search of the fan curve.

Select the Fan Momentum Source node inside the Physics Values node of the individual region node.
In the Properties window, assuming you imported your fan performance data into a STAR-CCM+ table, select that table.
For the Table: P property, select the heading of the column in your table that holds the pressure data.
