To set the algebraic multigrid parameters for either the pressure solver or the velocity solver, open the node for that solver under the Segregated Flow Solver node in the Solvers node. Then also open the node for the AMG Linear Solver as shown below. The algebraic multigrid parameters can be entered using the Properties window.
In most situations it will not be necessary to change these parameters.
