The Coupled Implicit solver controls the solution update for the Coupled Flow model and, if active, the Coupled Energy model as well. It is used for implicit integration in both steady and unsteady analyses, using a coupled algebraic multi-grid method.

The value of CFL in Eqn. 66 that controls the local time-step. The default Courant number is 5. In general, and depending on the initial conditions, it might be necessary to start at a lower Courant number, and then increase it. |
