Running a Steady State Analysis

For steady simulations the coupled solver in STAR-CCM+ employs a time-marching scheme to drive the unsteady form of the governing equations to a steady-state. The time integration will not be time-accurate, so that the time variable marches in pseudo-time. Two different time integration schemes are available:

You choose between these two by first activating the Steady model and then selecting the appropriate Integration method in the model properties.
