When a new simulation is created, it will not contain any continua and the Continuum node will be empty. As soon as a surface mesh is imported, a mesh continuum will automatically be created.
By default, this continuum will be called Mesh 1, but can renamed if required. Importing additional surface files for a given simulation will not generate any extra mesh continua but you can manually create a new mesh continuum at any point in the process.
