Format Painter copies visual properties from dimensions and annotations to other dimensions and annotations in the same document or another document. Format Painter is supported by parts, assemblies, and drawings.
To use Format Painter:
Click Format
Painter 
(Utilities toolbar) or Utilities,
Format Painter.
In the graphics area, select the dimension or annotation that has the visual properties to copy.
Select the dimension or annotation in the graphics
area to which to copy the visual properties. 
You can paint the properties to only one dimension or annotation at a time. To paint the properties multiple times, repeat steps 2 and 3.
To copy the visual properties
to all dimensions and annotations in the active document, click Apply to all in the dialog.
Click Close.
