You use a design table to control the dimensions in the configurations of the fittings. In addition, you use the design table to control the parameters of the connection points for each configuration.
When you create additional configurations of a fitting containing a connection point, each configuration needs an appropriate value for the Nominal diameter and Specification.
The Diameter parameter of a connection point specifies the Nominal diameter of the port, corresponding to the nominal diameter of the pipe or tube to be attached.
The Diameter parameter uses this syntax:
Diameter@CPointn
where CPointn is the name of the connection point.
In the design table body cell for each configuration, enter the value (the nominal diameter).

A connection point can include an optional parameter (Specification) that identifies characteristics of the fitting at that connection point. Using this parameter can simplify the process of selecting pipe and elbow parts, and adding fittings.
The Specification parameter uses this syntax:
Specification@CPointn
where CPointn is the name of the connection point.
In the design table body cell for each configuration, enter the value of the specification.
