If you customized SolidWorks menus or shortcut menus, you can set them back to default values or show all menu items. You can also customize toolbars, menus, and the Task Pane according to an area of expertise.
To set SolidWorks menus or shortcut menus to default values or to show all menu items:
Click Tools, Customize, or right-click in the window border and select Customize.
You must have a SolidWorks
document active when customizing menus.
On the Options tab, under Shortcut customization or Menu customization, click:
Show All. Displays all menu items.
Reset to Defaults. Resets all menu items to the system default.
Click OK.
When you select work flow customization, the following changes occur in part documents.

To display hidden menu items, click Customize Menu at the bottom of the menu. You can also override customization in Tools, Customize.
To customize the user interface by work flow:
Click Tools, Customize, or right-click in the window border and select Customize.
On the Options tab, under Work flow customization, select one or more of:
Consumer product design
Machine design
Mold design
Click OK.
