In the Task Pane, select the Design
Library tab

Select a parent folder (the Design
Library folder

Click Create
New Folder

Type a name for the new folder.
Create a new folder on the local disk and on the Task Pane Design Library tab.
To create a new folder:
In the Task Pane, select the Design

Select a parent folder (the Design
Library folder , for example)
Click Create
New Folder .
Type a name for the new folder.
The new folder appears under the selected parent in the Design Library, and a new folder is created on disk.
If you delete a folder created
using this procedure, the folder and its contents are deleted from disk
and moved to the Recycle Bin.
