Dynamic Mirror Sketch Entities

Select the Dynamic Mirror Entities tool to first select the entity about which to mirror, and then sketch the entities to mirror. If you want to mirror pre-existing sketch entities, select the Mirror Entities tool. You can mirror sketches about any these entities:

• Centerlines

• Lines

• Linear model edges

• Linear edges on drawings

To mirror about a linear drawing edge, the sketch entities to mirror must lie within the boundary of the drawing.

As you sketch the entities, they are mirrored about the pre-selected sketch entity. Restrictions to Dynamic Mirror Entities include:

• Pre-existing sketch entities cannot be mirrored.

• Both the original and the mirrored sketch entities are included in the final result.
