You can choose whether geometric relations are automatically created as you create sketch entities.
Depending on the sketch entities and the position of your pointer, more than one sketch relation can be display simultaneously.
To select or clear turn automatic relations:
Click Tools, Sketch Settings, Automatic relations.

Click Tools, Options, System Option, Relations/Snaps, and select Automatic relations.
As you sketch, the pointer changes shape to show you which relations can be created. When Automatic relations is selected, the relations are added.
