When you edit a fillet using Edit
Feature, the Fillet PropertyManager
appears with no toggle buttons.The FilletXpert PropertyManager appears when you click FilletXpert in the Fillet PropertyManager. The FilletXpert can create and edit constant radius fillets only. Use the Change tab to remove or resize constant radius fillets. The PropertyManager remembers its last used state.
Two PropertyManager toggle buttons are available:
Manual. Use this PropertyManager to maintain control at the feature level.
FilletXpert (Constant radius fillets only). Use this PropertyManager when you want the SolidWorks software to manage the structure of the underlying features.

Filleted Faces
. Select fillets to resize or remove. You can:
Select individual edges in the graphics area.
Resize or remove individual edges from a fillet feature that contains multiple filleted edges.
Edit fillets graphically without having to know how edges are organized in fillet features.
Radius
. Sets the new fillet radius.
Resize. Modifies the selected fillets to the radius value you set.
Remove. Removes the selected fillets from the model.
Sort by Size. Filters all fillets
by size. Select a fillet size from the list to select all fillets with
that value in the model and display them under Filleted
faces . You can then remove or resize fillets as
desired.
