tools.Allows you to edit bullets and numbering in a note.
To edit bullets and numbering properties:
Double-click a bulleted or numbered note to activate it.
Right-click the note and select Bullets and Numbering.
Change the options listed below, then click OK.
Bullets. Indicates that the Indentation values are set for bullets.
Numbering. Indicates that the Indentation values are set for numbering.
First Line Indent. Sets the indentation for the currently selected line in the note.
Indent. Sets the indentation
value for the Decrease indent
and Increase indent
tools.
Indent Increment. Sets the increment
value for the increase 
and decrease 
buttons.
Use these buttons to set the Indent
value.
Start at. Sets the starting number in the list. This is only available when Numbering is selected and when Type is set to a numbering scheme (1,2,3,..., A,B,C,..., etc.)
Type. Sets the numbering structure.
Format. Sets the formatting style for numbering.
