Click Options 
on the Standard
toolbar, or click Tools, Options.
On the Document Properties tab, click Dimensions.
Click Leaders.
Select Override standard’s leader display.
Click any of the following options, then click OK.
By default, the display of dimension text with respect to the leaders follows the selected dimensioning standard. You can override the default display.
To override the default alignment for dimension text:
Click Options on the Standard
toolbar, or click Tools, Options.
On the Document Properties tab, click Dimensions.
Click Leaders.
Select Override standard’s leader display.
Click any of the following options, then click OK.
