If you are the meeting host, you need to Enable Sharing to allow meeting participants to see your application on their computers. This is a one-time procedure.
To enable sharing:
In the NetMeeting dialog box, click Tools, Enable Sharing.
A dialog box informs you that the sharing capability will install.
Reboot your computer.
After rebooting, the sharing capability is enabled.
Return to SolidWorks and start the 3D meeting.
You may also want to make the SolidWorks 3D Meeting toolbar visible on your SolidWorks desktop.
