that has access to the Internet and has Microsoft NetMeeting (or SolidWorks)
installed.

You can use the following methods to invite participants to a meeting:
E-mail. You can type a person’s e-mail. This sends an invitation that includes a hyperlink to join the meeting and install NetMeeting if necessary.
Computer Name. You can type a person’s Computer Name if the meeting is held over a Local Area Network (LAN). This requires being logged on, and having NetMeeting installed on all participating computers.
Directory server. You can select a participant directly from the list on the server if you or other participants are members of a public directory server such as ils.ByteBeam.com. This requires NetMeeting installed on all participating computers.
Microsoft Internet Directory. You can use the Microsoft Internet Server to locate and connect with other NetMeeting users. If you or other participants have a Microsoft PassportRN and have signed up with the MSN™ Messenger Service. This requires NetMeeting installed on all participating computers.
