Click Add Participants
on the SolidWorks 3D Meeting toolbar or click Tools,

Participants.
Use the Place A Call dialog box to complete the required information.
When you click Add Participants you display the Place A Call dialog box. With the Add Participants function, you can add participants to an existing 3D meeting. The process of adding participants is the same as calling the first participant.
To add participants to a 3D meeting:
Click Add Participants
on the SolidWorks 3D Meeting toolbar or click Tools,
3D Meeting, Add
Participants.
Use the Place A Call dialog box to complete the required information.
