Close COSMOSXpress.
Suppress the Boss-Extrude1 feature.
Restart COSMOSXpress. Notice that exclamation marks 
appear on the Analyze and Results tabs.

COSMOSXpress blocks the execution of commands that change the model
geometry. To make any geometry changes, you need to close
COSMOSXpress first.
