If the user defined view name starts with
“*”, the software will not plot the result in the exact view. The view
will look like the specified view “*...” followed by zoom to fit.You can associate a plot with a named view. When you double-click the plot or include it in a report, it appears in its associated view.
To associate a plot with a named view:
In the COSMOS AnalysisManager, right-click the plot icon and select Edit Definition.
The plot PropertyManager appears.
Under Property, do the following:
Check Associate plot with name view orientation.
Select the desired view from the menu.
Click OK.
