You can define up to 20 design
variables in an optimization study.Use the Design Variable PropertyManager to define design variables for the active optimization study. These are the dimensions that can change. You set the upper and lower bounds for each design variable.
Name. Type a name for the design variable.
Bounds. Sets lower, upper, and tolerance values of the design variable.
Initial value. Displays the initial value of the design variable.
Lower bound. Type a value for the lower bound of the design variable.
Upper bound. Type a value for the upper bound of the design variable.
