When you save a part or an assembly as an analysis library, the software adds a Library References and a Library Values folder in the COSMOS AnalysisManager tree.
Lists the references that you need to specify when you insert this feature. When you define a load or a restraint and add it to a library, the software creates at least one item in the Library References folder. The Library References folder lists all selections related to defining a load/restraint library feature.
For example, when you define a load/restraint, you select a load/restraint entity, a reference geometry to define direction (if applicable), and provide numerical value(s) for that load/restraint. When you add such load/restraint feature to the library, the software creates an item in the Library References folder for each selection you made when you defined the load/restraint. Items corresponding to the load/restraint values are created in the Library Values folder as described in the following section.
The Library Values folder contains all input values related to defining a load/restraint item marked as a library feature. For example, when you define a load, you provide numerical values for the components of the load. When you mark this load as a library feature, the numerical values appear in the Library Values folder. Each input value will be represented by a separate item in the Library Values folder. Unless marked as Internal Values (described below), you can change any numerical value and define lower and upper bounds.
If you do not want other users to change a load or a prescribed restraint value while inserting a library feature, mark the value as an Internal Value.
To mark a load/restraint value as an internal value:
Select the value from the Library Values folder.
Drag the value to the Internal Values folder.
