You control the default values and current settings for the mechanism in the options dialog box. To access this dialog box, right-click the Motion Model branch of the browser and then select a specific parameter group to modify (display, animation, plot, or simulation) or, from the Motion menu, select Options.
The following options are available:
Display - Configures the display of COSMOSMotion entity symbols, such as color, size, and visibility.
Simulation – Configures default simulation settings, such as simulation time, number of frames, faceted/precise contact, and flexible joints.
Solver - Configures the ADAMS/Solver settings, such as the integrator type, maximum time step, and accuracy.
Animation – Configures animation settings, such as fast increments, symbol display setting, and VRML export settings.
Results – Configures Results Symbol Display Settings for rendered/wireframe display and default size of vectors.
Plot Settings – Configures the default and current settings for plots; accessed by right-clicking the Motion Model branch, and then selecting Plot Defaults.
