In the PropertyManager,
under Add Relations, select Coincident 
, then click
.
Click Zoom
to Fit 
(View
toolbar), clear the view tool, and drag Cylinder-1.
In the PropertyManager,
under Add Relations, select Coincident , then click
.
Click Zoom
to Fit (View
toolbar), clear the view tool, and drag Cylinder-1.
Place the cylinder adjacent to Central_Arm-1, and then click in the graphics area to clear the selection.
Click Zoom
to Area 
(View
toolbar) and zoom in to the lower section of the Cylinder-1
and the left side of Central_Arm-1.
Click Add
Relations 
(Dimensions/Relations
toolbar), and repeat steps 3-4.
