Right-click mill at the top of the FeatureManager design tree and select Collapse Items.
Click Rebuild
(Standard
toolbar).
Check the assembly to make sure you added all the necessary mates.
Click Isometric

Examine the components in the FeatureManager design tree. The prefixes indicate the status of the locations of the components:

The under defined components still have a rotational degree of freedom. Their rotational positions are not relevant to the design intent of this assembly, so it is not necessary to fully constrain them.
