With the timebar set at 00:00:20, in the Animator FeatureManager design tree, right-click <Housing>1, and select Appearance, Color.
In the PropertyManager, click Optical
Properties, set the Transparency
to .40, then
click

Now modify one component's transparency and another component's appearance.
