Animation Wizard - Collapse

Now append a collapse sequence that includes a change in view orientation to the explode sequence.

1. In the timeline, drag the key point for Orientation and Camera Views to 00:00:05.

2. In the SolidWorks Animator FeatureManager design tree, right-click Orientation and Camera Views and clear Disable View Key Creation to change the icon to .

3. In the timeline:

1. Right-click the key point for Orientation and Camera Views at 00:00:05 and select Copy.

2. Click the 00:00:10 mark to place the timebar.

3. Right-click and select Paste.

4. Click Trimetric (Standard Views toolbar).

The assembly shifts to a trimetric view.

5. On the SolidWorks Animator toolbar, click Animation Wizard .

6. In the dialog box, select Collapse and click Next.

7. In the Animation Control Options dialog box:

1. Set Duration (seconds) to 5.

2. Set Start Time (seconds) to 5.

3. Click Finish.

The timeline appears with the appropriate changebars.

8. Click Play from start on the SolidWorks Animator toolbar to view the animation.

9. Click Save (Standard toolbar).
