For Scientific, Decimal, and Engineering formats, specify the number of digits after the decimal point.
Number of digits to right of decimal point (0 to 8) <4>:
For Architectural and Fractional formats, specify the denominator of the smallest fraction to display.

Next you can specify angular measure format:
