Load the CAM-Part core.prt located in the .../Portfolio folder.
The Core model was built using two SolidWorks configurations:
Model - the complete CAM-Part for machining.
3D machining - in this configuration all the features machined with 2.5D Operations are suppressed. This configuration was used for 3D Milling Operations.
The Core machining CAM-Part was machined with the following operations:
3DM_Roughing - 3D Milling Operation that produces Contour roughing of the model.
3DM_RM_Rough -3D Milling Operation for Rough Rest Material machining.
3DM_Constant_Z_Finish- 3D Milling Operation for Constant-Z finishing.
3DM_Floor_Finish - 3D Milling Operation for separate finishing of parting surface.
P_Pockets_Finish - Pocket Operation for additional finish two cuts on the model.
Group of Drill Operations for holes centering.(D_Center_Dia6, D_Center_Dia1.8, D_Center_Lower_Dia1.8, D_Center_Dia3.6)
Group of Drill Operations for holes drilling. (D_Drill_Dia6, D_Drill_Dia1.8, D_Drill_Lower_Dia1.8, D_Drill_Dia3.6)
P_Upper_Pocket - Pocket Operation for counterbore on the upper face of the core.
F_Vertical_Chamfers - Profile Operation to create chamfers on vertical edges of the core block.
F_Chamfer_Around - Profile Operation creates chamfer on the parting surface.
