In the Lofted Part shown below, you will be required to perform a 4-Axis Wire Cut. The 4-Axis operation generates a wire cut between two user-defined profiles that are located at different Z-depths. You can define the connection points between the profiles to control the wire path. You can also define the stop points and change the cutting conditions along the wire path. In this operation, the wire moves along the X, Y, U, V axes to cut the part.
