| In this example, solids will be used to model the Mold insert. All dimensions are given by the design department's 2D drawing. These dimensions will be used to build the 3D model of the work piece. Once the model is completed, the machining operations with all the relevant parameters will be defined by switching to SolidCAM2000. The toolpath will then be calculated and graphically simulated. |
