Description

Aligns the view camera to one of the primary viewing directions or restores the camera to its previous location (the location before AlignViewCamera was called).

Scripting Syntax

AlignViewCamera( [Axis], [NegativeAxis], [AlignSelected], [View] )

Parameters

Axis

siAxisType

Axis to align camera or pass 0 to restore the previous camera position.

Default Value: 0

Possible Values:

0: Restore camera

siX: X axis

siY: Y axis

siZ: Z axis

NegativeAxis

Boolean

If true, align camera along negative view axis.

Default Value: False

AlignSelected

Boolean

If True, use the first selected object as the reference frame to align to.

Default Value: False

View

Integer

Viewport in which to frame the selection.

Default Value: -1 (current viewport)

Possible Values:

-1: Current viewport

0: Viewport A

1: Viewport B

2: Viewport C

3: Viewport D
