Setting Motion Blur Rendering Options

Location: The Render Manager > Renderer > Motion Blur

or

The Render Manager > Globals > mental ray > Motion Blur

You can activate motion blur and control its render settings from the Motion Blur tab of the mental ray Rendering Options property editor.
