Orientation Constraint Property Editor
Constrains the rotation values of a selected object to another object without changing the location of the constrained object. A rotation performed on the constraining object is also performed on the constrained object.

To display: Select an object, choose Constrain > Orientation, then pick the object to which the selected object will be constrained.

Toggles the activeness of this constraint. |
Blend Weight |
Blends the weight of this constraint with other constraints on the selected object. |
Rotation Offset
X/Y/Z |
Sets a rotational offset in degrees between the constrained object and the constraining object. |
