To condense or expand the results spreadsheets

When a spreadsheet has few columns, you can usually see them on the screen, perhaps scrolling once horizontally, and they also fit well on the printed page. However, where spreadsheets have many columns which would lead to excessive scrolling, or to many pages of output (for example member end forces or envelopes of sectional forces) you may want to remove columns in which you have no interest (for instance the X- and Y-translation of supports that have full translational fixity).
Note: These settings are maintained by S-Frame until you change them subsequently.
1. Click the Show or Hide Spreadsheet Columns icon ( ) from the Edit toolbar or click Edit / Spreadsheet Components...

2. As you select each of the available spreadsheets in the Remove Columns for list S-Frame reconfigures the Hide Columns list to show the columns to that particular spreadsheet. For each column in the spreadsheet which you wish to hide check the appropriate box in the Hide Columns list.
3. Once you have made your Hide Columns settings for each type of spreadsheet click Ok to return to the Numerical Results window or Results page of the Print property sheet (depending on from where you accessed the Spreadsheet Components dialog).
