Using the Options menu in the Geometry window

When you are working in the Geometry window the following options are available in addition to those which are available for all windows.

To edit the color settings

This topic relates to setting the colors in the Geometry window. For the equivalent topic for other windows click one of the links below.

1. Choose Options / Colors and Fonts...

Note: Options / Colors... is available in the Geometry, Loads and Graphical Results windows.
2. To change the color of a user interface element, for example, Coordinate System, select the item in the list then click the swatch which shows the color that you want to use.
3. If you want to change the font that is used in the Graphical windows click Fonts...

4. Choose the Font, Font style, Size, Effect, Color and Script settings that you want to use and then choose OK to return to the Display Colors dialog.
Note: You can only use a single font for all textural items on the display, however you can set a different color for each set of textural information. This will override any color that you set here.
5. If required, click Customize Colors... to open the Color dialog. Edit the Custom Colors as appropriate and choose Ok to return to the Display Colors dialog.
6. Either:
· click Ok to impose these color settings on the current, active window only,
Note: Each window has its own settings. As such, you can change or customize these, and this will only affect the current, active window.
· click Cancel to close the dialog without making any changes to the display's color settings,
· click Defaults to switch each of the user interface elements back to its default color,
· click Black and White to set the display to monochrome,
· click All Windows to impose these color settings on all the Graphical windows.
