Angle and Scale options
If the Angle and Scale options are de-activated, a relative prompt will appear
during insertion. The adjustment of these factors with the relative window
allows the user to evaluate insertion correctly.
The BROWSE function is active whenever libraries are organised in separate
folders and the user needs to work straight away, without any need for further
division into categories or descriptions.
