Libraries Function

Thanks to this function it is possible to organise with precision Libraries and Categories, independently from the method chosen for filing blocks.

Moreover, every block is extensively described. This is the function chosen by ProgeSOFT for its symbol libraries.

This method of organising libraries is slightly more complicated, but the results are undoubtedly more professional.
