Copying a Standard 

When copying a standard, only the settings for the particular standard are saved, not the drawings. This is a quick way to start a new standard using another standard’s outline.

Ø      Note: After a copy of a standard has been made, the user cannot change the units in the copied standard.

To copy a standard…

1. In the standard directory tree, either click to highlight the standard you want to copy and click the Copy button or right-click on the standard and choose Copy from the right-click menu.

2. The new copy of the standard will appear in the standard directory tree.
