General Drawing Parameters Dialog Box

Text Style Name

The text style that will be used by default for all AutoELECTRIC text, such as Equipment Tags.  If the text style does not exist in the drawing template, the layer will be created based on the Text Font information provided.

Text Font

The font type, style, and size that will be associated with the text style name.  To change these properties, highlight the field, and click the  button to the right of the field.

This will open up the Select Font dialog box.

Text Height

The height of all text placed by AutoELECTRIC routines with the exception of Equipment Tags and dimensioning text. 

Equipment Tag Text Height

The height of the text that will appear when the Equipment Tag routine is used. 

Maximum Number of Characters in Balloon Before Breaking

If the number of characters in the balloon exceeds this value, the balloon sides will automatically break to accommodate the width of the text.

This applies only to Instrument balloons.

Distance for Line Breaks

The overall distance of the gap that is generated by the Break Line routine

Drawing Template

This is the AutoCAD template that will be used for each new AutoELECTRIC drawing.  Customized templates may be used to include specific layers, dimension styles or text styles into each drawing.  The template must be located in the template path that is defined on the File Locations Dialog Box.
