Inserting a Dike in Plan View

To insert a dike in plan view…

1. From the Civil Drafting tab, select Dike.

The Dike dialog box appears.

2. In this dialog box, do the following.

In this…	Do this…
Orientation options	Select Plan View
Insertion Point X and Y input boxes	Type coordinate values, or click Digitize and click in the drawing to set the insertion point
Length in X Axis input box	Type a length value, or click Digitize and click in the drawing to set the stair width
Length in Y Axis input box	Type a length value, or click Digitize and click in the drawing to set the stair width
Width of Dike input box	Type the dike width, or click Digitize and click in the drawing to set the width
Top of Dike Width input box	Type the top width value, or click Digitize and click in the drawing to set the top width
Rotation Angle input box	Type a rotation angle value, or click Digitize and click in the drawing to set the angle

3. Click Draw Dike.

The dike appears in the drawing.
