Inserting Pumps

To insert a pump…

1.   From the Equipment tab, select Pumps.

The Pumps dialog box appears.

2.   From the options, select the pump view you want to insert.

3.   Click OK.

4.   In the drawing, click where you want to insert the pump.

If you insert side elevation pump symbols, the Pump Direction dialog box appears.

5.   Under Pump Direction, select one of the following options:

• Click OK to insert the pump in the current direction

• Click Reverse to reverse the pump direction

6.   Click the OK button.

The side elevation pump appears in the drawing.

7.   If you insert plan or end elevation pump symbols, click to set the direction.

The pump appears in the drawing.
