Directional Instrument Equipment

Directional instruments include senior run, nozzle, vortex sensor, averaging pitot, pitot, and target.

To insert directional instrument equipment…

1.   From the Instrument Equipment tab, select the required instrument button.

2.   In the drawing, click the line where you want to insert the equipment.

The item appears in the drawing.

The Equipment/Instruments dialog box appears.

3.   Under Fitting Direction, select one of the following options:

• Click OK to insert the instrument in the current direction

• Click Reverse to reverse the instrument direction

4.   Click the OK button.

The instrument appears in the direction selected above.
