To edit instrument balloon text…

  1.  From the Utilities tab, select Edit Balloon text.

 

  1. In the drawing, click the balloon text you want to edit. 

The Edit Balloon Text dialog box appears.

  1. In the input boxes, type the new text required.

  2. Click OK.

The new balloon text appears in the drawing.
