Bus ducts and transfer switches are inline symbols.

To insert a bus duct or transfer switch…

  1. From the Single Line Diagram Power tab, select Bus Duct or Transfer Switch.


  or 

The cursor changes to a square.

  1. In the drawing, click the line where you want to insert the bus duct.

The Bus Duct or Transfer Switch dialog box appears. The Bus Duct dialog box appears in this example.

  1. In the input boxes, type the required size and rating values.

  2. Click OK.

The bus duct appears in the drawing.
