NO/NC switches are inline symbols.

Use this procedure to insert the following switches:

To insert NO/NC switches…

  1. From the Control Schematics Controls tab, select the required switch tool.

The cursor changes to a square.

  1. In the drawing, click the line where you want to insert the switch.

The [Name of Switch] dialog box appears. The Pushbutton dialog box appears in this example.

  1. Under NO/NC Toggle, select the required option.

  2. In the input boxes, type the required tag text.

  3. Click OK.

The switch appears in the drawing.
