PROCAD’s Specification Manager is a convenient interface for retrieving and viewing component database information. The database components are an integral part of PROCAD's 3DSMART Modeler software.
The Specification Manager provides functionality for viewing all component information and modifying some types of component information.
Additional materials functionality is also provided. For addition information, see Materials Management: Introduction.
Specification Manager is also used to:
modify existing specs
add component types and groups to specs
create or modify specification parameters including default materials, reducing schedules, wall thickness etc.
